Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Casper, WY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care at Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness. The role oversees clinical staff, ensures care plans are followed, and supports high-quality care in a collaborative environment.

The RN will supervise nursing activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LPNs, and support staff to maintain compliance with regulations. New grads are welcomed with training provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wyoming.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.

This 192-bed skilled nursing facility offers both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services.
