Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Danville is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to manage education for the entire staff and oversee employee health. The role includes Hepatitis B vaccination administration and PPD annual checks, along with infection control responsibilities.

Qualified candidates must be a licensed RN with 2–4 years of nursing experience and clinical training. The ideal candidate could teach CNA classes and will receive support to achieve this goal.

Responsibilities

• Develops and provides required education to the entire staff and oversees employee health.
• Manages Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD annual checks.
• Serves as Infection Control Nurse and reports to Infection Control Officer and Administrator.
• Collaborates with HR on new hire orientation and assesses ongoing educational needs for in-service education.
