Job summary

Gretna Health & Rehabilitation Center in Gretna is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to educate the entire staff and oversee employee health services, including Hepatitis B vaccinations and PPD checks.

The role requires RN licensure, 2–4 years of nursing experience, and clinical training. The SDC will collaborate with HR for new hire orientation and develop in‑service programs to maintain clinical skill levels.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 2–4 years of nursing experience.
• Clinical training experience required.
• Ability to teach CNA classes or willingness to obtain credential.

Responsibilities

• Educates staff and coordinates ongoing continuing education.
• Coordinates new hire orientation with HR.
• Acts as Infection Control Nurse and reports to Infection Control Officer.
• Manages employee health services including vaccination programs and PPD checks.
