Qualifications

• RN experience preferred (1 year)
• Experience with teaching in clinical settings preferred
• Licensed RN in Virginia or eligible to obtain
• CPR/BLS certification within 30 days (required)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate ongoing curricula supporting resident care.
• Conduct infection prevention activities and surveillance.
• Coordinate training programs and maintain required documentation.
• Travel to Lifelong Health facilities and RHS locations to deliver division-wide education.
• Support QAPI, safety and education initiatives as required.
