Mission Pines Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an RN Staff Development Coordinator to lead the education and growth of our nursing team. You will design and implement staff education programs and deliver regular training while collaborating with nursing leadership to foster a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates have an RN license and Nevada registration, a minimum of two years in staff development within healthcare, and strong communication with proven coaching abilities to drive

Qualifications

• RN license and Nevada State Board registration are required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a staff development or education role in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
