Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, MD is seeking Registered Nurses for part-time day and evening shifts. The RN promotes, restores, and maintains resident health by collaborating with providers and the care team, delivering physical and psychosocial support.

Compensation is $41.00–$44.00 per hour plus shift differential. A Maryland RN license and at least 6 months of RN experience are required; CPR certification is required.

Competenze

• Active RN license in the State of Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and web apps.
• EMR experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions, medications and self-care.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes for comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates for routine nursing tasks.
• Maintain infection control, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Coordinate a holistic care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and ensure timeliness.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by the Clinical Manager.

Active RN license (MD)
