Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for part-time day and evening shifts. The RN will promote, restore and maintain residents' health by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates; focusing on physical and psychosocial support for residents and families.

Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour, plus an evening shift differential.

Competenze

• Must have an active RN license in the State of Maryland.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet and web apps.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform all clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching residents/family members to understand conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor resident clinical and care status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to perform routine nursing care for assigned residents as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate a holistic plan of care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care in the resident's EMR and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by Clinical Manager.
