Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking Registered Nurses for part‑time day and evening shifts. The RN collaborates with providers and the interdisciplinary team to promote residents' health and well‑being, delivering physical and psychosocial support.

Responsibilities include clinical duties per nursing standards, resident education, and care planning with the care team. Must have Maryland RN license and CPR certification; 6 months RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs with a resident-first approach.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards of practice.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care teams to provide routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders.
• Develop and coordinate an holistic care plan with interdisciplinary team.
• Support resident preferences in EMR, ensure documentation is current.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
