Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking part-time RN positions for day and evening shifts on-site. The RN will promote, restore, and maintain residents' health through collaboration with the care team, families, and providers.

Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour, with evening shift differential. We offer medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with a 3% match, onsite health centers, education assistance, and growth opportunities as the community expands.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitively impaired preferred.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office and internet.
• CPR certification required.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by educating residents and families about condition, medications, and self-care.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered.
• Contribute to holistic care planning with interdisciplinary team.
• Document care accurately in the EMR and share updates in care conferences.
