Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to support Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing settings for day and evening shifts. Compensation ranges from $41.00 to $44.00 per hour based on experience, with additional shift differential for evening hours.

The role emphasizes resident-centered care, collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, and a commitment to health and well-being across an established continuing care community in Maryland.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Maryland.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with residents and families, supporting physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with nurse practice acts and standards.
• Promote independence by establishing care goals and educating residents/families.
• Monitor residents for changes in status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to provide routine nursing care as needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and administer medications per orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Document care activities accurately and timely in the EMR.
• Participate in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
