Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking an RN to support Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing residents on part-time day and evening shifts, promoting health, comfort and independence with the care team. An active Maryland RN license and at least 6 months of RN experience are required; CPR is required.

We offer pay of $41–$44 per hour with shift differential, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 3% match, PTO and on-site health centers.

Competenze

• Active Maryland RN license.
• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Experience with seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Develop relationships with residents and families while placing residents first.
• Perform clinical duties per nursing standards and state act.
• Promote independence by setting care goals and educating residents and families.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection control, administer medications, and follow orders.
• Coordinate holistic care plans with interdisciplinary team.
• Document accurately in the EMR and participate in care conferences.
