Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT, invites registered nurses to join the new graduate nursing residency program. The program supports transition from student to professional nurse with rotations across medical-surgical, emergency, and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Soon to be licensed as registered nurses (can apply), must have active RN license by start of cohort.

Responsibilities

• Provide care using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Support pediatric, adult and geriatric patients as part of residency rotations.
• Participate in orientation, simulations, and clinical rotations during the 6-12 month program.
