Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Great Falls Clinic Hospital residency program. The program supports transition from new graduate to professional nurse with exposure to medical/surgical, surgical services, emergency department and clinic settings.

The program emphasizes teamwork, education, and patient-centered care, with a 6-12 month residency, on-site orientation, and opportunities for growth. A retention bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active RN license by start of cohort (Montana or compact state).
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications to be completed within 6 months of hire, if applicable for department.
• TNCC, ENPC certifications to be completed within 1 year of hire, if applicable for department.
• Hands on clinical or in practice nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• The RN delivers care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Nurses collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure safe, effective, compassionate patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Nurses provide care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patient populations.
• The Nursing Residency is 6-12 months dependent on specialty residency program.
