Job summary

The Great Falls Clinic Hospital invites new graduate RNs to apply for the New Graduate RN Residency Program, Spring 2027 Cohort. The program supports transitions from student nurse to professional nurse, with possibilities for placement in medical/surgical, surgical services, ED, and clinic settings.

Duration is 6–12 months depending on specialty, with a retention bonus available. Eligibility includes graduation from an accredited RN program and active Montana RN licensure by cohort start;

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Soon to be licensed as registered nurses (can apply); must have active RN license by start of cohort.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provide care for pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
