Job summary

Great Falls Clinic invites applications for its New Graduate RN Residency Program, Summer 2027 Cohort. This on-site program supports newly licensed nurses as they transition to professional practice within our hospital and clinic settings in Great Falls, Montana.

Participants rotate through medical-surgical, emergency, and clinic rotations with structured learning, mentorship, and performance feedback. Eligible graduates with active Montana RN licensure by cohort start are encouraged to apply; a

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active RN license by start of cohort or be eligible to apply.
• Hands-on clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provide care for pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
• Support integration from student nurse to professional nurse through residency program.
