Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is offering a Registered Nurse residency program at Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Montana. New graduates (less than 1 year of practice) will transition from student nurse to professional nurse through a structured residency emphasizing competency, rotations, and ongoing assessment.

The program includes a 6–12 month pathway across medical-surgical, surgical services, ED, and clinic settings, with mentorship and feedback to build confidence and clinical skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Soon to be licensed as registered nurses; must have active RN license by start of cohort.
• Hands-on clinical nursing experience.
• Unencumbered Montana RN licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months; TNCC/ENPC within 1 year if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients using the nursing process.
• Participate in the new graduate residency with orientation, simulations, and clinical rotations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care and outcomes.
• Support learning and professional growth with ongoing feedback during the 6–12 month residency.
