Great Falls Clinic Hospital is launching the New Graduate RN Residency Program for the Summer 2027 cohort in Great Falls, MT. This on-site, full-time program supports new graduates transitioning to professional nursing through rotations across medical/surgical, surgical services, ED, and clinic settings.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Current or soon-to-be RN license with active license by cohort start.
- Hands-on clinical nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver care using nursing process and evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes.
- Support new graduates through residency rotations and orientation.
