Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Montana is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient-centered team. You will deliver care using nursing processes and collaborate with other disciplines to achieve safe, compassionate outcomes.

The RN Residency program supports new graduates with a 6–12 month path, offering organizational orientation, online didactics, simulations, rotations in medical/surgical, surgical services, ED and clinic settings, and ongoing feedback and evaluation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Must have active RN license by start of cohort or be eligible to apply.
• Hands-on clinical nursing experience.
• Foundational nursing knowledge and office skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provide care for pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
