Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT, invites new graduate RNs to join the Summer 2027 Cohort of our Nursing Residency program. This on-site residency supports transition from student nurse to professional nurse with structured orientation, simulations, clinical rotations across medical/surgical, surgical services, ED and clinic settings.

The program emphasizes teamwork, evidence-based care, and ongoing feedback.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active Montana RN license or license by start; compact state acceptable.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months; TNCC/ENPC within 1 year if applicable.
• Hands-on clinical or practice nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborates with other professional disciplines for safe, effective patient care.
• Provides care for pediatric, adult and geriatric populations.
• Residency includes rotations in medical/surgical, surgical services, ED and clinic settings.
