Job summary

The Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a new graduate residency program, starting 02/10/2027. The cohort runs 6–12 months with potential placements in medical-surgical, surgical services, emergency department and clinic settings.

Applicants should have an accredited RN program diploma, be eligible for Montana RN licensure by start date, and complete required certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS within 6 months; TNCC/ENPC within 1 year).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Soon to be licensed as registered nurses (can apply), must have active RN license by start of cohort.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire, if applicable for department.
• TNCC, ENPC certification to be completed within 1 year of hire, if applicable for department.
• Nursing residency program to support novice RNs during orientation and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care using the nursing process to pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective patient care and outcomes.
• Support the new graduate nurse residency program and orientation process.
• Participate in pre-employment screening processes and related compliance steps.
