Job summary

The Great Falls Clinic Hospital invites newly graduated registered nurses to join its Spring 2027 cohort of the RN Residency Program. This on-site program supports transition from student to professional nurse with rotations in medical-surgical, surgical services, emergency, and clinic settings, plus structured orientation, simulations, and feedback.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Active RN license by start of cohort or pending licensure.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification to be completed within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC, ENPC certification to be completed within 1 year of hire, if applicable for department.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care using the nursing process and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Provides care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Supports integration of new graduates into professional practice through the residency program.
