Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit in Ohio. You will provide age-appropriate nursing care during the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift, with a 36-hour guarantee and options every third weekend.

Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and discharge education, while floating to units as needed to meet patient care demands. The role requires 1 year of LTC/rehab RN experience, an active Ohio RN license (or compact), BLS certification, EMR proficiency, and

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) and/or Rehabilitation as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
  • Ability to float to all units within skill level.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering patient care consistent with the health system's mission, vision, and values. The RN will assume responsibility and accountability for the care of the assigned patients during their shift, following nursing processes that include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care utilizing age-specific criteria. This position also involves collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team and providing education to patients and families to facilitate discharge processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
