Job summary

Complete Care at Wall is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead a dedicated nursing team on the 11-7 shift, with an option for full-time or weekend-based part-time schedules.

You will supervise staff, oversee medication administration and rounds, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting residents and families. The role offers growth opportunities in a warm, collaborative environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• At least 1 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required
• Computer Knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
