Job summary

Complete Care at Wall is seeking RN Supervisors for full-time night shifts (11-7a) or part-time weekend rotations (7-3p, 3-11p or 11-7a). We value confident leaders who foster collaboration in a compassionate, family-like environment on our dedicated clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing and an active RN license; prior long-term care or subacute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
