Job summary

Complete Care at Bey Lea is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the 11pm–7am shift. The role emphasizes staff mentorship, oversight of daily operations, and delivering high-quality resident care in a compassionate, collaborative environment.

The candidate must hold an active New Jersey RN license and have at least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience. LPNs may be considered for the role, and PCC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license required.
• 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required.
• LPNs may be considered for the RN Supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise nursing staff on assigned shift.
• Monitor medication administration, blood draws and patient care tasks.
• Provide staff and resident education as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nursing leadership.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required

• Computer knowledge and experience using PointClickCare (PCC)

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift

• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents, and resident family members

• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
