Job summary

A caregiving organization in Burlington, NJ is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor. Candidates will supervise nursing staff, ensure high-quality patient care, and provide education. Ideal applicants have an RN license and 2+ years of long-term care experience. The role offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff monitoring medications and patient care.
• Provide education to staff and residents as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with regulations.
• Other duties as assigned by Nursing Director.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse-RN Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
