Job summary

Complete Care at Kresson View in New Jersey is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor nursing staff, and ensure residents receive high-quality care in a compassionate, collaborative environment. The role requires an active NJ RN license, an associate or bachelor’s in nursing, and prior long-term care experience.

PCC experience is preferred; part-time night shifts with every-other-weekend schedule are available.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge and experience using PCC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift and oversee daily operations.
• Conduct nursing rounds on unit(s) multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and residents' families.
• Ensure staff perform duties in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Nursing or DON.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Schedule & Benefits

• Schedule:
  • Part-time, 8p-8a (12 hour shifts) every other weekend
  • Part-time, 4p-12a (8 hour shifts) every other Sunday

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
