Job summary

Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead the nursing team, oversee clinical care, and uphold the highest standards of resident well-being.

You will supervise staff on the assigned shift, ensure medications and rounds are conducted properly, and provide ongoing education to residents and staff. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience is preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties per local, state and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant DON, DON or Administrator.
