Job summary

Complete Care at Shorrock Gardens is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead a dedicated clinical team and uphold the highest standards of resident well-being. You will supervise nursing staff, monitor medications and rounds, and mentor teammates to deliver compassionate, quality care.

Full-time, 3-11 shifts with every other weekend, comprehensive benefits, tuition reimbursement, and career growth opportunities are offered in a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 2 years of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift including medications and patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members.
• Ensure duties comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
