Job summary

Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our clinical team, oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive the highest quality care. The role emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and a positive, supportive environment.

The RN Supervisor will supervise on the assigned shift, ensure compliance with guidelines, and support the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring medications, blood draws, and other patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times during the shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and resident family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications
