Job summary

Complete Care at Shrewsbury is seeking an RN Supervisor to lead the clinical team, supervise nursing staff on assigned shifts, and ensure high-quality resident care. The role emphasizes mentorship, compliance, and collaboration within a compassionate, family-like environment.

Part-time position with every other weekend shifts (3-11a and 11-7a); benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN license.
• At least 1 year of long-term care or subacute experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Point Click Care (PCC).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift, overseeing medication administration, blood draws, and patient care elements.
• Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times per shift.
• Provide education to staff, residents, and family members as needed.
• Ensure staff perform duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.

Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor Degree in Nursing
