Job summary

BayCare Health System’s Mease Countryside facility is seeking an experienced registered nurse to deliver nursing care using the nursing process and clinical standards. You will delegate appropriate patient care activities to team members and maintain professional accountability while pursuing clinical excellence.

You will work in a hospital setting, participate in precepting or mentoring within the department, and may function in a charge role as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in any setting.
• License as Registered Nurse is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS credentials are expected.

Responsibilities

• Delivers care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team.
• Functions as a preceptor or mentor within the department and may serve a charge role as needed.
