Job summary

BayCare Health System in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver patient care for a defined group using the nursing process and clinical standards at Mease Countryside. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes and patient safety.

You will serve as a mentor within the department, participate in precepting new staff, and support evidence-based practice while upholding BayCare's commitment to dignity and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience in any setting.
• Licensed RN and completion of all Clinical Nurse requirements.
• Education: Associates/Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Credentials: BLS, ACLS, RN (as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Delivers care for a group of patients applying the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the healthcare team.
• Promotes evidence-based clinical care and professional accountability.
• Functions as a preceptor or mentor within the department; may act as a charge nurse when needed.
