BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking an RN for the PACU pool/PRN role at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital. The position requires shift hours 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, nights, with occasional weekend work and on-call duties.

Position Description: RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool / PRN - PACU

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/PoolRegistered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital.

The RN responsibilities include:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications:

Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
• RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
• ACLS Certification is required
• Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

• Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
• Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

• 18months of RN experience is required.
• 1 year of RN experience in PACU, critical care and/or emergency is preferred
