Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the PACU team at St. Joseph's Women’s Hospital in Tampa, FL. The RN will independently care for patients, delegate tasks, and maintain high clinical standards, with leadership roles as preceptor and charge nurse when needed.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and 2 years of RN experience (1 year in PACU/ICU/ER preferred). This is a full-time, night-shift opportunity with remote work never.

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at St. Jsoeph's Women’s Hospital.

The RN responsibilities include:

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.
