BayCare Health System is seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse for the PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital in Winter Haven, FL. The RN will independently care for a patient group, delegate tasks to the care team, and maintain professional accountability within a PACU setting.

Qualifications include RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, with 18 months RN experience and PACU/CCU/ED experience preferred. The position is on-site with daytime shifts and occasional weekend work.

Position Description: RN - Registered Nurse Department Pool / PRN - PACU

BayCare Health System is currently seeking a PRN/Pool Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate PACU team at Winter Haven Hospital.

RN Responsibilities Include

• Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
• Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Professional accountability and development.
• Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care assistance and supervision to a child.
• Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Qualifications

Certifications and Licensures
