Job summary

BayCare Health System in Tampa, FL is seeking an RN for the PACU pool/PRN role at St. Joseph's Women's Hospital. The position requires shift hours 6:30 PM–7:00 AM, nights, with occasional weekend work and on-call duties.

The RN will independently care for a patient group, delegate tasks to the care team, and may serve as preceptor or charge nurse as assigned. Minimum 18 months RN experience; PACU/ICU/ER experience preferred. BayCare offers comprehensive benefits and professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN with 18 months of bedside nursing experience required.
• Experience in PACU, critical care, or emergency nursing preferred.
