Complete Care - MidAtlantic is hiring a RN Registered Nurse for direct care in West Virginia. You will administer medications, perform treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver individualized care.

The role supports family education and accurate documentation in a busy skilled nursing environment. The position offers full-time shifts (7p-7a or 7a-7p) with opportunities for growth and PRN options for experienced staff.

Competenze

• Licensed to work as an RN in West Virginia.
• Proven leadership qualities and clinical skills.
• Experience coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Mansioni

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound care and manage pain, apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor patient changes.
• Create and update individualized care plans and implement them.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Educate families and residents on health status and care expectations.
• Maintain thorough documentation of health status and care progress.
• Oversee nursing team and delegate tasks to LPNs/CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
