Complete Care Management LLC in West Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for direct care roles. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN options to fit your schedule.

You will administer medications, perform treatments, assess residents, create and update individualized care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document health status, and oversee LPNs/CNAs to ensure quality care.

Competenze

• Licensed to work in West Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Able to pass background check, drug screening, and physical evaluation.
• Clinically skilled with leadership abilities.

Mansioni

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Provide wound care, manage pain, and apply dressings.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes; analyze data.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
