Complete Care at Oak Ridge is hiring RN Registered Nurse for direct care in Charleston, WV. We provide skilled nursing to patients recently discharged from hospital, those needing therapy, and long-term care residents.

Full & Part Time positions are available, with PRN options for experienced nurses. Join a team that supports growth, offers tuition reimbursement, daily pay if desired, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K and PTO.

Competenze

• Licensed RN in West Virginia.
• Clinical leadership and patient care skills.
• Ability to document and communicate care plans clearly.

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
