Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to residents recently discharged from hospital or in long-term care settings in Charleston, WV. Full and part-time positions are available, with PRN options for experienced nurses.

The RN will administer medications, perform wound care, conduct health assessments, and collaborate with a care team to develop individualized plans. Tuition reimbursement and daily pay options are among the attractive perks, supporting

• Licensed to work as RN in West Virginia
• Pass background check, drug screen, references and physical evaluation

Mansioni

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable)
• Perform wound care and pain management
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes
• Create and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations
• Maintain detailed records of health status, care, progress and interactions
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
