Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic in Towson, MD seeks a dedicated RN Registered Nurse for direct care. Full or part-time positions available, with PRN options for experienced nurses.

You will provide skilled nursing and therapy support to residents recently discharged or in long-term care, earning growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, health assessments, care planning, and education for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license.
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and references check.
• Clinically skilled with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).
• Perform wound care and manage pain.
• Conduct health assessments and analyze data for changes.
• Create and update individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and others.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed health records of status, care, progress and interactions.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care and teamwork.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
