Complete Care Management in West Virginia is seeking an RN Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7p-7am) to provide skilled nursing care for residents recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care. Opportunities for growth and PRN with experience are available.

Daily pay option offered. You will administer medications, perform wound care, conduct health assessments, create care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families, document care, and

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of West Virginia as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPNs and CNAs ensuring quality care/teamwork
