Job summary

Complete Care is seeking an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to provide skilled nursing to residents recently discharged from the hospital or needing long-term therapy. You will administer medications, perform treatments, assess health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to plan the best care.

This role requires WV licensure, ability to pass background checks and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in West Virginia.
• Ability to administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications.
• Experience coordinating care with physicians, therapists, and social workers.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Wound care/prevention, pain management, dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Health assessments, track changes, analyze data
• Care Planning: Create and execute individualized care plans
• Collaboration: Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, social workers
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status and care expectations
• Documentation: Maintain detailed health status and progress records
• Team Oversight: Support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
