Job summary

Complete Care - MidAtlantic is seeking an RN Registered Nurse licensed to practice in West Virginia to join our direct care team. You will administer medications, perform wound care and coordinate with the care team for resident health needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in West Virginia.
• Pass background check, drug screen, and physical evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, topical, IV, and injectable medications.
• Perform wound care and pain management; apply dressings as needed.
• Conduct health assessments and monitor changes in residents.
• Create, update and execute individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers and other staff.
• Educate residents and families about health status and care expectations.
• Maintain detailed documentation of health status, care provided, and progress.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications:

Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments:

Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring:

Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning:

Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration:

Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education:

Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation:

Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight:

Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
