Job summary

Complete Care Management is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for the 2nd shift in Connecticut to provide skilled nursing care to residents recently discharged from hospital or needing long-term care.

Responsibilities include medication administration (oral, topical, IV, injections), wound care, health assessments, care planning, and collaboration with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families. Opportunities for supervisory growth and daily pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to work in Connecticut as an RN.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
• Strong clinical skills with leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable medications.
• Treatments: wound care, pain management, dressings.
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments, track changes, analyze data.
• Care planning: create, update and execute individualized care.
• Collaboration: coordinate with physicians, therapists, social workers and others.
• Family & resident education: explain health status, changes and expectations for care.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health records of status, care, progress and interactions.
• Team oversight: supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
