Complete Care, Inc. provides skilled nursing care for recently discharged hospital patients, therapy needs, and long-term residents. We are hiring an RN Registered Nurse to administer medications, perform treatments, assess residents, and participate in care planning.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, therapists, social workers and families, with opportunities for career growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Connecticut.
• Capable of administering medications and performing wound care.
• Strong assessment, care planning and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
