Job summary

Complete Care at Fox Hill is seeking an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to deliver skilled nursing services to residents recently discharged from hospital and those requiring long-term care, with both full/part-time and per diem options.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, assess and monitor health status, plan care, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families and residents, document care, and supervise LPNs/CNAs to uphold quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work as an RN in this state.
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, references check & physical evaluation.
• Professionally and clinically skilled with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV and injectable meds.
• Treatments: wound care, pain management and dressing changes.
• Assessment & monitoring: health assessments and data tracking.
• Care planning: create, update and execute individualized plans.
• Collaboration: coordinate with physicians, therapists and social workers.
• Family and resident education: explain health status and care expectations.
• Documentation: maintain detailed health and care records.
• Team oversight: supervise LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care.
