Complete Care at Meriden is hiring an RN Registered Nurse for direct care responsibilities. The role offers both full and part-time positions with PRN options and opportunities for growth. You will support residents recently discharged from hospital, providing therapy and long-term care as needed.

Expect to work under a collaborative team, administer medications, perform treatments, and participate in care planning and resident education. Medical benefits and PTO are highlighted in the perks.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as RN in CT state.
• Background check, drug screen, professional references check, and physical evaluation required.
• Demonstrated leadership and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications (oral, topical, IV, injectable).

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:

Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications

Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings

Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data

Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care

Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others

Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care

Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions

Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
