Job summary

Complete Care Management in Centreville, MD is hiring an RN Registered Nurse (Direct Care) to provide skilled nursing care to patients recently discharged from hospital and those needing long-term care.

You will administer medications, perform wound care, assess patients, update care plans, collaborate with physicians and therapists, educate families and residents, document health status, and supervise LPNs and CNAs.

Qualifications

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Professionally & Clinically Skilled with leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
• Treatments: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
• Assessment & Monitoring: Conduct health assessments, track changes & analyze data
• Care Planning: Create, update & execute individualized care
• Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
• Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
• Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
• Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate to LPN’s and CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

• $7,500 FT & $3,750 PT Sign On Bonus
• Premium Pay Rates!
• Baylor Program: Work 32hrs 3pm-7am (2-16hr shifts, every weekend Saturday/Sunday) GET PAID for 40HRS + Benefits!
